Scope of Practice
Dr. Boyle's expertise is in the fields of knee surgery, shoulder surgery, hip preservation surgery, and orthopaedic sports medicine, with a special focus on arthroscopic surgery, sports injury management and rehabilitation. Dr. Boyle does not perform joint replacement surgery, choosing instead to focus on the areas of his sub-specialisation, in order to maximise his expertise.

Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder)

Knee:
Ligament injuries, including ACL tears, PCL tears & multi-ligament disruptions

Osteochondritis dissecans
Early or isolated osteoarthritis
Hip:
Hip dysplasia in adolescents and young adults (periacetabular osteotomy)
Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI)

Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease (Perthes Disease)
Slipped Upper Femoral Epiphysis (SUFE)
Osteonecrosis
